I don't know why this place doesn't have higher reviews, my appointment with Dr. Annika Jung was outstanding. I dread eye tests always, she was absolutely fantastic, attentive and kind and sweet! Girls at the front desk were so kind and helped me finding the place no problem! I'm new to MD and almost lost faith with n customer service! This team made me super comfortable! Highly recommend this place! Office is nice and clean in town center, plenty of parking , you can go and have a bite after!

Had full exam Dr Smeriglio was Great! First time. Very thorough and commutative. Spent more time with than any Optometrist has ever. Staff is super friendly and each is great at what they do.

I've been going to a MyEyeDr for a few years and they take care of their customers. The doctors are very thorough in the exams and discuss and care for your eye health in addition to just getting a prescription out the door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor at this location was knowledgeable and kind. If your new prescription makes your head hurt or needs adjusted, they are really good about getting it changed to be the best prescription for you with adjustments or re-testing. There's a large selection of frames in various price ranges.

I booked an appointment at MyEyeDr because I was experiencing some floaters in my vision. I received a call 2 days prior to my appointment saying my vision insurance for routine already was used today. I explained I have medical ppo insurance and it is a medical visit. The representative took my insurance information, last 4 of my social and didn't ask to put me on hold. She just did and I was on hold longer than 5 minutes. I was at work and I could not hold so I disconnected. I checked the next day on my appointment and find she canceled my appointment. I didn't even get a curtesy notification. I took my nieces to Canton MyEyeDr and they were beyond professional and kind. Apparently each location behaves differently. Thankfully, I was able to go elsewhere to see an optometrist and get imaging done and thankfully my eyes are fine but I will never go to the MyEyeDr Hunt Valley location, and I definitely will be telling others about the unprofessional behavior at this location.

I scheduled an appointment online and they called me the morning of the appointment to cancel because it was double booked. They could not fit me in same day. My husband took off work to watch our children so I could make the appointment.

Horrible experience from the moment I walked in for my girlfriend's son eye appointment. The older lady looked to be annoyed as soon as we walked in 10 mins early for appointment maybe we was to early. Asked us to wait by the counter and somebody will be with us. The younger lady that came after was friendly and polite. Helped him with everything we was happy and feeling good about the experience. Then we say the doctor he was nice helped my girlfriend son was laughing everything is good. Then we go to see the frames and now it's time to see the older woman again. She let us know we have a 175 dollar credit and suggested what frames to look at. I asked her about the warranty that was purchased with his previous glasses. She let's me know they expired in January of 2024. I let her know that must be a mistake because he got his glasses in January of 24 but I also informed her we talked to somebody and they said we just need to get an eye exam and the glasses are covered. She then lets me know she does not see that and then see the notes the other person left saying the warranty is still good until the end of the month. She then lets me know what the other person said does not matter because the warranty expired in January of 2024 a year ago. Then she proceeds to tell me she saw the order was made is the last week of December in 2023 and we picked it up in January of 2024. She sees that but the warranty expired in January of 2024 is all she kept saying. Also they are doing us a favor by giving us a 175 dollar credit we should be happy. As I refuse to tolerate the way she is talking to me I front of my girlfriends son she says to him I'm sorry you are not getting your glasses. What a great way to end my experience there.

I can't thank Dr. Smeriglio at MyEyeDr in Hunt Valley enough for the outstanding care I received during my recent eye exam. During my visit, Dr. Smeriglio carefully detected a detached retina. His knowledge, calm professionalism, and ability to explain things clearly made all the difference in a moment that could have easily been overwhelming. He immediately referred me to a top-tier retina specialist who was just as knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt completely confident in the hands of both doctors, and I'm now scheduled for surgery later this month. I'll be back with an update, but for now, I'm incredibly grateful for Dr.S detecting the detached retina, the excellent referral, and the exceptional care that Dr. Smeriglio provided. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had appointments at this location today. We had excellent service.Dr.Smeriglio was completely professional. His assistant Brianna was polite professional and thorough.We highly recommend the Cockeysville location of my eye doctor. Thank you my eye doctor @ Cockeysville.
