I was very concerned about my symptoms in my eyes and found Columbia Eye Care just searching up near by Eye doctor open on Saturday and I am so happy I did! The front desk staff to the Dr Delgado were amazing! When you are nervous or concerned about symptoms you haven't had before then you go to a place you don't know anyone it is an awesome feeling to know that people truly care about you as the patient and the job they do. Thank you to Dr Delgado and everyone on Saturday that attended to me. Everything he did, told me to do, and go get from pharmacy has already started to work. I will definitely be back once I am better for my annual eye exam.

Made an appointment in hopes of getting my daughter and I in for a routine eye exam. The day of the appointment I receieved a call that I returned at my earliest convenince to be told that they dont accept my insurance, so I told them to cancel because why would I pay out of pocket when I have insurance. Was texted later that I now owe $30 for each appointment for same day appointment, even though I was a new patient and never even saw them. I was told thats not their problem. Predatory behavior, how are you charging a new patient who has never been to your practice because you do not accept their insurance?

I saw Stephen Delgado who was very helpful with getting my prescription fine tuned. He provided me samples and coupons for eye drops that will help with some of the itching I was experiencing. And he was hilarious! An all around great visit. I felt cared for and seen. One of the many reasons I have and will continue to choose Columbia Eye Care!

I had an early morning appointment. When I arrived I was quickly checked in and had minimal wait time before I was escorted to the examination room. All staff were professional and friendly. Melissa Gidlund did a very good job of reviewing all of my test results with me and answering my questions.

Arriving at my appointment 10 minutes early, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and respected my appointment time. Facility was also very clean and organized. I was promptly taken to a back room where I was given a comprehensive evaluation within 10 minutes and then passed off to my doctor, Dr. Melissa Gidlund. She was also extremely patient and courteous, listening to my questions and comforting me by addressing my concerns. She also gave me a comprehensive eye exam and I left with knowledge of what my potential issues were and the prospective solutions, along with the very first eyeglass prescription of my life! 5 star experience!
