The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The 2 parts of the actual exam went efficiently and professional. They answered any questions I hahadi am very happy with this place for my eye care.

Sarah at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming and the doctors provide great care and do their best to get down to any eye issues one is having. They are patient and take the time to listen to what's going on. I would highly recommend them. We moved 35 minutes away and still drive back for annual visits and check ups.

Dr. Sirotkin's exam seemed thorough and, from past experiences, accurate. Mel, the optician, was helpful with selecting glasses. The office staff is friendly and efficient.

This is my second eye appointment at Eagle Eyes, and just like my first visit a year ago, the staff was super friendly. You can really tell that the office team collaborates well. The doctor is really knowledgeable and great at answering any questions you have.

Dr. Sirotkin took a long time researching and double checking stuff that he didn't like seeing in my eye. Very comforting and reassuring to see him and the staff scrambl to make sure everything was on the up and up.

All you could ask for and more. Very thorough exam. The entire staff is patient, listens to you, and takes the time to answer all your questions. They treat you like family. Highly highly recommended.

Got a bad experience today picking up the glasses. The lady in front of glasses cabinet that are supposed to help customers were arrogant and wi attitude, pushed back each and every word that I suggested when adjusting for my ears, and made one of glass legs twisted in a awkward shape and uneven. I had to drive back and ask someone else to realign from scratch. The lady at the reception desk is much more professional and eventually managed to make the glass legs back to normal. After I stepped out, I found another issue - the thread to bind/ fasten one of the glass lens was not installed well and half of it was out of the lens' grove. I had to go back again to get it fixed. By the way, This is the second pair of glasses I got from Eagle Eye Care. A couple of years ago I got a pair of glasses and service then were pretty good. But after this, I will never use their service again.

Good, thorough care but the wait to see tech was very long and then waited again to see doctor. It seemed a couple of tests and questions were redundant. Appointment scheduled for 2:30 and I was not done until 4pm.
