Welcoming enviroment, clean and professional. I had arrived early and was invited to look around at their selection. It was not overwhelming as some of the larger stores can be and perfect for me. The Doctor was knowledgeable and shared insights on the exam. My sales person, Rachelle took time to point out several styles and helped me decide on which was most flattering. I look forward to more visits there for sunglasses next year.

I had no issue with the actual quality of care my daughter and I received. The staff was obviously very knowledgeable.,The staff did seem to be somewhat rude to a newer employee who was still learning. That employee should be more supported by her staff and she was quite kind to us.

My appointment was on August 26, 2025, at 11:40 AM. However, Dr. Pharm (I apologize if I got the name wrong) was very rude when speaking to me. She talked to me as if I were a child. Although I have already ordered my glasses, I would like to see another doctor next week. The other staff members were nice and helpful.
Meanwhile, my husband has been going to LensCrafters for a while, but my first experience was not pleasant.

Annette was a pleasure to work. She has a very pleasant attitude. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, Doctor Shastri left a lot to be desired. She has a very poor bedside manner. The stars are definitely for Annette, the store manager.
