The office staff is friendly and efficient, and I appreciate how well-organized they are. Dr. Kotlicky is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and understanding. He made feel comfortable and heard regarding my son's issue. He truly put my concerns at ease. I highly recommend him to anyone.

We went to the Columbia Office and Dr. Kotlicky has been one of the best vision doctors that we have ever worked with. The therapy that was provided for our Son addressed a vision problem that he had since birth. It's incredible what the therapy can do for the eyes and what a difference it made with his reading ability so far he's been off therapy for a year and we came in for a check-up and his corrections were still holding. I'd highly recommend Dr. Kotlicky's office to anyone who may even be having thoughts about their vision you'd be surprised what he may find and what he may suggest to address it.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Kotlicky for many years, which includes my wife and 11 and 15 year old daughters. I highly recommend him for his remarkable level of expertise, the thoroughness of his examinations, professionalism, and his genuine caring and compassion. Dr. Kotlicky is a rare find - that is a behavioral optometrist, who also has extensive expertise in vision correction (glasses and contacts). We have not needed vision therapy services, but as a rehabilitation professional who worked with behavioral optometrists and the brain injury population in the past, this guy knows his stuff, and we have had many wonderful conversations about the aspects of vision that take place in the brain (vs. the eyes). He has successfully fitted me and my family members with contact lenses - some of us with complicated fittings, based on astigmatism, etc., and went through several optometrists before finding one as good as Dr. Kotlicky!

Dr Kotlicky is Excellent!. He is committed to the patient, and is open and receptive to listening to all aspects of the symptoms and deficits. We are seeing him for big problems as a result of a concussion. Through very specific testing, He is the first specialist to identify neurological deficits and understand why they are present and how to retrain the brain for improvement. His methodology works and he is so invested in bringing forth complete wellness! We have great respect for Dr Kotlicky and his staff and truly have found this process to be life changing.

The doctor is great fun and knowledgeable! Even the Vision Therapy staff are awesome in everyway! Thank you all your support during my sessions there! Unfortunately however I do have chronic migraine associated vertigo which requires medication and the doctor was unsure if Vision Therapy could help and said so upfront. I was in denial of my condition and after 15 sessions I agreed that it didn't help and I'm undergoing other treatments. Thank you again Love, Rach, Brie for your kind words and support! The only request I have is to clean the VT equipment as the place is frequented by younger kids and the possibility of residual germs is quite high. :)

Dr. Kotlicky was very professional and informative. He ensured that I understood my diagnoses and recommended what I needed to do. He never forced any services from his office. I would highly recommend this office.

Unfortunately, the vision therapist at the Pikesville office is very aggressive and short tempered towards children and unwelcoming to families. This is not beneficial for treatment or the children who require these services.

Very professional office office and staff. Helped 2 of my kids with convergence issues. Very knowledgeable. Helped my kids from being slow struggling readers to fluent book lovers.
