I would like to leave my feedback about Syuzanna, a salesperson working at Columbia Mall location. I was very impressed by her expertise, enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. I appreciate her spending significant amount of time to help me solving a problem with my Insurance, she wanted to make sure that I get the exact pair of glasses I fall in love with! I am sure she is a valuable asset for the Company and deserves all the appreciation for her hard work and dedication. Thank you Syuzanna, you are the best!

I have been coning here for the past 5 years and excellent service, never had to return my glasses because the measurement and lens were perfect and contacts match exactly my eyesight! They have excellent communication and keep me updated on my prescription glasses and contacts orders!! Syuzanna is THE BEST!! She takes care of me every hear and very grateful for the excellent annd thorough care she provides!! 10/10 recommend
