I went in today to get my glasses adjusted and every other time I've gone in I had a pleasant experience but today the guy gave me so much attitude for asking and seemed like he cared more about watching his show then adjusting my glasses. He didn't even use any tools just his fingers and every time I said something felt off he was very rude. Definitely need to go back and get them adjusted again by a different person cus he didn't even do them good I just said they were ok so I can leave. That's how unpleasant that experience was.

I've had multiple visits to this location, and unfortunately the experience at the front desk has been consistently unpleasant. The person working the front desk comes across as rude, unwelcoming, and uninterested in helping. Each time I come in, it feels like I'm inconveniencing him just by asking basic questions or needing assistance. Customer service is a big part of any healthcare-related business, and this kind of attitude really affects the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, because it makes an otherwise necessary visit uncomfortable.
