The eye exam was the only good part. Getting frames was hell. The first frames were bent so I returned them and picked out another set that wasn't bent but when I got them they were bent too! Not only that, when I came in to pick up the second frame, the employee was heating it up on some machine and when I tried on the glasses the lens were messed up too. I asked for a refund and plan to get new glasses elsewhere. I would not recommend this place at all. Don't waste your time.

Cory'e was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Such a warm welcome into the establishment. She was able to research my insurance, what they would cover and my out of pocket expenses. I added transitional lens, no glare and other add ons. All smiles and willingness to assist from the staff and leadership. The entire team went above and beyond expectations for my family and i. The eye exams were quick and thorough. I liked the time and care provided by the ophthalmology staff. The transition to the store from the ophthalmologist could be more engaging. I entered the store and stood there for a few moments. Then heard a voice behind me telling me I can go look for glasses. I turned to see a seated employee directing me to go shopping. When I stated I will be purchasing elsewhere, she pointed to another employee and said the other person will print my RX. In my 10 years of experience working in optical retail, standing to greet customers with eye contact and a smile goes a long way. Even if the person isn't interested in shopping that day, they'll remember how they felt when leaving and may return. Sadly, I didn't get that from your store.
