Kaufman Robert B MD

Dr. Kaufman recently performed my cataract surgery, which was a complete success. His professional credentials speak for themselves, but in addition he is an extremely personable and caring doctor. (That's not something I've come across very often in my lifetime.) I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an expert opthalmologist with the bonus of an excellent bedside manner and a good sense of humor!

My Husband and elderly neighbor both had eye exams and both ordered 2 pairs of eye glasses each, quite a while passed beyond time frame given , so I contacted to ask when the glasses would be in , I was told for my Neighbor only 1 pair came and to wait for the other pair , finally even more time passes so we go get the 1 pair , here we are several months later and my elderly neighbor still only has 1 pair of eye glasses after paying a good amount of money for 2 pair. My Husband same issue we finally go get the 1 pair only to be told the second pair is not in. Here we are again several months later without the second pair of paid for eye glasses. We were told on all occasions we would be called when they come in , no calls as of todays date and no calls to keep us updated. Dr was great and great experience but the eye glass shop within the office has not been a good experience at all.

Well run office, knowledgable staff, efficient and professional experience. Dr. Kaufman is a seasoned surgeon with an excellent reputation. Impressive.
