Love this store!! So many frames to pick from and all the designers we know and love. Dr. Kepner did a very thorough eye exam on me and explained some things I didn't know about eyes!! She is very patient, knowledgeable and has a very engaging personality. Rick was very patient with me, as I took a long time picking a frame. He was very knowledgeable in helping me to pick a frame that would be flattering for my face shape. He was right on point with each pair I tried on!! Wish I could've bought them all, because it was very hard to choose!! Thank you both for a wonderful experience. I will be back!! :)

This location provides absolutely FANTASTIC service! Had an emergency where my old frames of 3 years broke (see pic), and I walked in and Kathy G. (30 yrs experience) took AWESOME care of me. She had my old lenses in new frames in less than 30 minutes! (See my new frames below) The customer service and personal touch at this location make it STAND OUT from the rest. If you have the insurance to get frames and lenses from here ... DO IT. You'll not regret it. I'm one VERY SATISTIFIED customer :-D

Dr. Lee was very nice and knowledgeable and explained things well for me. I got contacts for the first time here and she was super helpful on teaching me how to use them. I also got a beautiful pair of frames! They have a great selection. Chris was also very helpful when it came to getting my frames ordered and adjusted. There was a small hiccup on my contact prescription but they were very quick to correct issue!

My kids and I visited this new Pearle Vision store, and it was was a great experience. They have the latest optometry equipment and had all the best brands of frames such as Maui Jim, Gucci, Prada, Coach, Armani, Versace, Oakley, Ray Ban, Silhouettes, plus all the high-end lens offerings as well. It was a very high end store with good deals. The optician, Kathy was very helpful and informative. She helped my kids select frames that fit well and looked great on them. Dr. Lee is excellent as well, and we recommend making an appointment with her.
