I Am Very Unhappy with my Experience at Levine Eye care in Dundalk, Md.. I Do Not Recommend this Eye Care. It is Unprofessional because The Doctor was Not Friendly and they Lied to me telling me My Contact Lenses Exam was covered in Full. Then 2 months later they billed me $119.00 saying it was not Covered. They told me to Contact my Insurance and Fix it. I Do Not want an Eye Care Place where I have to fix this. They should have known before I was even examined that Insurance would or would not cover a Patient. This is Bad Customer Service and Unprofessional Billing Negligence. I am currently trying to Fix This.

One of my worst experiences getting glasses. I tried this place out for the first time back in February and they were supposed to be free with my insurance but costed me 50$ I accepted. Then comes time to pick my glasses up and they don't even fit my face, holding onto one ear hanging off the other or down my nose ready to slip. I ask for them to be adjusted to where they won't fall straight off my head just be told if they do it anymore they would break. My glued together ones I came with worked better than the ones I bought from this place. Only came here so I didn't have to wait over a month next time I'll wait.
