Weinstein Eye Associates Dunkirk completely exceeded my expectations. After I ordered prescription Ray-Ban Meta frames and later learned they had gone on back order, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I still left with glasses. Manager Lindsay Slaton presented numerous alternatives, communicated every step clearly, and remained fully committed to providing exceptional service. Thanks to their dedication and attention to detail, I ended up with exactly what I needed and wanted. These are my first prescription glasses, and I will definitely continue to patronize Weinstein Eye Associates Dunkirk. I highly recommend this eye care center.

Quick but thorough. They got me in and out in record time, yet I didn't feel rushed and they didn't try to sell me glasses I didn't need. I really felt seen. Pun intended. Joles aside, I definitely recommend them.

It is such a nice cozy place. The eye doctors and workers are so patient, loving and kind, they all know their jobs and performs in an outstanding manner. I would refer anyone there, keep up the outstanding work team.

This is a poorly run and unprofessional doctor's office. A elderly family member is a patient there. Recently, she had an appointment of which a it appears a medical tech or assistant (not a doctor, thus not licensed to administer; therefore appears to have performed duties and administered medications outside of medical parameters) put some form of ophthalmic drops in her eyes before the initial exam. Patient was then examined by a doctor. Almost immediately upon leaving appointment, she appeared to have some form of a reaction to the drops--immediate swelling, puffiness, discoloration, irritation. She called multiple times very concerned and wanting to speak to the doctor, of which she eventually got a call back from a receptionist! Frustrated to their lack of concern, I contacted the office via email. Immediately the next day, they followed up directly with her, apologized, scheduled an appointment, and offered her any pair of glasses complimentary due to this issue. They make the appointment and fit her for the glasses- only for her to follow up this week and tell her they rescinded the offer after following up with the tech--who claimed he didn't administer the drops! Today I spoke with Lindsay, the manager, who verified this data. She claimed she made the offer before spoke to the staffer--and we argued about whether the drops were administered. At this point-- it's beside the point. She then hands me off to Jennifer, the practice administrator, who doesn't seem to know the entire story nor see an issue with them rescinding this offer after all the issues they caused an elderly woman- not to mention the initial neglect of not even following up when a patient called with a complication! Then after over 20 minutes on the phone discussing said patient she has the audacity to tell me she can't talk to me due to HIPAA violations- after they both already spoke to me. All I wanted was for them to make this right and honor their offer. Now I'm also extremely upset at not just the audacity to make an offer and rescind it to an elderly woman- but the fact a patient had to get a third party involved just to get proper follow up. If a practice makes a mistake and can't own up to- and has no regards for the lack of proper protocol being followed by staff- accuses patients of lying- and ends up taking zero accountability- AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Due to the upper Marlboro location closing down, we were moved over to Dunkirk. They are excellent and very assuring with their services! Appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

Great customer service. Entire staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. Sabrina helped me to choose the perfect two pairs.

My wife and I have been longtime patients of Weinstein Eye Associates @ the Upper Marlboro location. This was our second appointment at the Dunkirk location. We will miss the Upper Marlboro location but very impressed with the Dunkirk facility! It's VERY spacious! We received the same excellent customer service the we're accustomed to!! Dr. Santina Burner saw both of us. This was my 2nd or 3rd time seeing her. Dr. Burner is always professional and caring all throughout each appointment!! She gives VERY detailed information! All the front desk staff were VERY PLEASANT and welcoming!! What a great customer service experience!! I would definitely recommend this practice to all family members and friends!!

Husband was greeted when he arrived. Staff introduced themselves. Very helpful, kind and great experience. Highly recommend.
