Came to this franchise after dog results from their sister outlet in Easton. Dr. took her time measuring my eyes and discussing start of problem floaters. Glass came back FINALLY measured properly to my eyes but that's when the problems began. Nose pads fell out within weeks and the technician blamed bad personal hygiene (face oils and not washing my face enough) for the loss. How insulting!!! Three times the frames have come apart and the lenses fallen out...I have actually heard the frames creak and squeak give on my face as the screws are loosening. NO...I do not sleep or put them through undo stress...the frames literally fall apart on my face during usual standing, walking, sitting activities regardless of me attempting to carefully tighten the screws with an eyeglass kit. Cheap garbage...you get what you pay for. They also had a limited selection of frames seemingly geared to women and slight-designs. Nothing of little manly or bigger broader manly faces. I've had nothing but problems since my previous Dr. Schwartz by the bay Bridge retired...I've never had so much trouble with glasses til I started trying MyEyeDr. never again and looking elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr, thanks to Alicia. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and honest throughout my visit, and her positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable. Alicia took the time to help me choose a pair of glasses that I loved while staying within my price range, which I really appreciated. She was an absolute joy to work with, and I can't recommend her enough!

Staff and doctors were great, but they initially put the wrong color of frames on my order and then after calling, they confirmed they would correct it. 2 weeks later when the glasses finally came in, they had mixed it up and ordered the wrong frames entirely. When someone needs eyewear and has to wait now a month to get them, I can't think of worse service.

Alicia has been the best! I will drive an extra 45 minutes to this store because the customer service is so fantastic. They have a great selection, and I always find the best glasses here. I'll be back!

Edita is the best! She is always so patient finding just the right glasses and getting the adjustment just right so they fit perfectly. I also worked with Alicia who has wonderful customer service skills.

I have never had such a great experience at a doctors office. The first plus was they could see me on a Saturday! I never waited to be seen .. I was taken right back. The doctor came in quickly as well. Dr. Gretz was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough, never rushed, explained in detail, and made me feel very comfortable. He passed me along to Kim and she was spectacular! Such a sweet, inviting personality. She truly loves her job. She was patient and helped me decide on what looked best on my face structure. I can't say enough good things about these 2 individuals and my experience.

I got a piece of metal stuck in my eye, doctor gretz was very precise and careful removing it. I never felt one thing he did. The staff at this place are wonderful and very helpful big shout out to Danielle and Doctor gretz

The service I received was AWESOME. Kim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My glasses were ready early. It was a totally different experience than I had 6 months prior with a different optician. While that service was good, Kim was next level. I'll call ahead to make sure she's there because I need that level of care. I left with 3 pairs of glasses and I plan on getting more. Kim you rock!
