I had a wonderful experience at my eye exam. Cat was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She was also very patient with me and helped me to put contacts in for the first time. I'd definitely recommend visiting My Eye Dr for all your vision needs !

Very Disrespectful Dishonoring place arrived at 2:30 signed in filled out paperwork, sat down , my daughter noticed that it was 3pm said mommy what's wrong, at 3:15 she said that they could not do eye examination because her optical machine is off line , and would I want to reschedule, I declined for two reasons. 1: When I walked in I heard the receptionist say all drs left for the day to the woman I'm front of me!!!!! 2: it wasn't until I completely filled out my paperwork!!!'

Seriously DO NOT come to this location. I cannot stress this enough. Look at the other reviews.
I scheduled an appointment online and filled in all of the online check in information. I received a phone call 3 minutes before my scheduled appointment while in the parking lot explaining that I would be REQUIRED to pay for a back of the eye health inspection. Since the doctor was not on-site I could not waive the procedure. I was not afforded the opportunity to get my eye exam to update my prescription without this unnecessary procedure.
