After having cataract surgery I ask the doctor to provide a copy of my most recent eye examination to the MVA to renew my driver's license, he refuse. Due to knee surgery I was unable to walk causing me to have to hire a wheel chair van to get me to the MVA to take an eye test, cost $210. I'll never use Dr Seidenberg again. Nor would I ever recommend anyone else use his services NEVER!

Technician who initially worked with me was fantastic.
Over 50 inputs into the computer and he just went through them as fast as he could click. Great patient relations and was easy to talk to and work with.
Dr Weiser came in and verified results looked closely at my eyes and discussed results, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything.
Short wait time... about 2 minutes after filling out a couple forms.
Eye glasses were only a few steps away and I got my glasses ordered before walking out of the office. Very convenient.

Haven't been seen yet, but am very unimpressed by the scheduling process. Tried to get appointments on the same day for myself and two kids, and their policy is to see two from the same family on a single day, max. So I have to do the driving and the rescheduling of our daily work twice, not once. It's a huge inconvenience for a working mom with two jobs and a lot of other challenges. They weren't rude about it, but kept going over and over that they don't want to risk me noshowing because that would be inconvenient for them. So basically they're totally cool with putting all the inconvenience on me the client instead of a small risk of inconvenience to them. Not a good look for a service provider.

I'm most happy with Seidenberg Protzko Associates I had moved here from another state, having to get new health insurance.
Was uncomfortable with having someone new looking at my eyes, medical reasons. They've made my visits out comfortable and professional, from the reception to the Drs. (Jessica Wieser) she looks at my visits as we not me. I would and have recommended their services to my neighbor.

Excellent job by intern and Dr. Seidenberg. Not happy that results were not sent to my pcp nor have they posted to my portal for two years now. Tried to phone to find out why but cannot get anyone to answer the phone.. Very disturbing trend these days, but this is healthcare. Not good.
UPDATE: After going in person to speak with them , was informed that they no longer put visit details on portal anymore. Not what we were told at time of visit and also were never informed of new portal, which only shows billing and appointments. Need better communication.

While I was very happy with my opthalmologist, Dr Stottlemeyer, I was very dissatisfied with the cataract surgery and the office administration. The surgery was done in a strip mall in a former retail space, crappy uncomfortable furniture for a three hour wait, no receptionist to keep patients informed about the delay. The back office is horrible: multiple calls to talk with someone, rude and, after 3 months and multiple attempts, my new opthalmologist still doesn't have my records.
