I can always rely on a completely thorough exam with Dr Gallagher. I never feel rushed, can ask any questions and leave satisfied with my exam. The staff is always very patient and helpful with choosing and fitting new glasses. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bender and her staff are wonderful as always! Everyone is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Eye exams are very thorough and results are discussed when the exam is completed.

I was a loyal customer here for years because of the fashion-forward selection and quality service. The frames are pricey, but I was willing to pay for the experience. Over time, it became increasingly difficult to schedule appointments, which led me to take a two-year break. In 2026, I decided to give them another chance. During my recent visit, I couldn't complete the dilation portion of my exam due to work, so I was scheduled for a follow-up two weeks later. Today I received a confirmation call, then another call two hours later saying my appointment had been booked incorrectly for 15 minutes instead of 30. As a result, I was told the next available appointment would push me out another 30 days. It's frustrating to feel penalized for their scheduling error. Between that and the difficult parking at the new location, I'm disappointed to be having the same issues again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The office and examination rooms provide the functional spaces for the examinations and/or glasses selection. They create a welcoming feeling, giving people space to feel comfortable during their appointment. Going to Professional Vision for a vision examination is a pleasant experience and you can feel comfortable in their recommendations.
