Great experience. Rebia the manager was so helpful and kind when it came to scheduling an appointment and ordering my contacts. Did a virtual visit with the doctor and it was my first time doing that but had no issues. Great place to get an eye exam with fair prices on contacts and glasses. Absolutely would recommend!

My wife and I went to Target Optical to check out the optical department and found that they were perfect for our needs. Riva had the knowledge and experience we were looking for and she had the calmest personality which put us at ease. Kathryn was also very good at pre-testing us before meeting with the Doctor via zoom. Overall this was a very positive experience.

I came to get my glasses fixed because the screw came out and the arm of my eyeglasses was loose. The manger, Reva, was very kind and assessed the damage quickly. She was able to fix my glasses in no time. I didn't have to wait long, and she was very pleasant, as well as efficient. She also explained the services they provide in case I ever needed it. The service was top notch and I will be coming again! I would definitely recommend coming here for all optical care services needed.

Latvian McMorris was a phenomenal sales person she actually gave me the time a day because I was not leaving out of here without any smart glasses. He was very patient with me. She fixed my glasses and cleaned them up for me. This young lady needs a $50 an hour salary and Again she was phenomenal. Second part of my review, the young lady named above called me on Friday. Told me my glasses were ready. I thought I would be catching a Cab down there. She told me don't worry about it. I'm gonna Bring them to you so when she came here to my address and she volunteered, she had her daughter with her and My glasses didn't help me set it up the worst experience in my life. I have to take them back, which she just should've left from there if she wasn't gonna do. Set the glasses up what is it the second part of it I like my glasses, but they're too small so I won't get a bigger pair She was rude before I could even get a hold of the bag. Does she have my glasses in? She almost ran my feet over. I'm just totally disrespecting me and I gave that girl a 20 out of tip. If I could take it back, I would.

Revia was exceptional and took her time to really explain to me the whole process! I will definitely keep coming back to see her, she is great!

This was my first time using a Target Optical and it was a wonderful experience. The optometrist at the Target Optical center in Ellicott City, MD. was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Revia was excellent in her interaction with me. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking optical care.
