I've came here twice and both times have been pretty bad. The first time I figured mistaken happen and other views were great but learned the 2nd time this is their norm. They over book each session by 3 or 4 kids. The receptionist is lack luster at best. The lady who prepares the kids are great. The doctor seems good. The over booking and dirty atmosphere is absolutely atrocious. My appointment both times I arrived 5 to 10 minutes early and 3 other people had already arrived for the same appointment time. We waited more than 1.5 hours to see the doctor. This is absurd. Do not come unless you want to waste your time here. Also their chairs/equipment is broken, the waiting area is gross and never swept. They have plenty of chairs but with the amount of people waiting it is hard to find a seat.

She is very detail-oriented in her explanations and she made sure I had a full understanding of all recommendations. The company title says "kids" but they accept adults and handles adults just as tenderly as with kids.

We had a great experience at Kids Eye Care. The callback after filling out the online request was very quick and the lady on the phone was very kind. Once at the appointment, the staff was gentle with my daughter and helped her feel comfortable right away. The doctor explained the diagnosis, the plan, and what to expect in a way that was easy to understand. We are new patients but probably won't return. Check in was seamless and initial assessment with the assistant went ok. The appointment was shorter than predicted--which was a plus.
The doctor however called us in, never introduced herself, never asked who I was
Just jumped straight into her assessment. She provided no explanation of what she was doing, barely made eye contact. Really poor manner. Didn't connect with her at all. Very curt with responses to my few questions.
Not sure she really cared about us, just our business probably. Will move on to a place where I can have a more pleasant experience.
