Dr. Matthew Brodak & Associates

I have been seeing Dr. Brodak for six years, and he has always been very compassionate with his patients. However, I had an appointment yesterday at 11:20 a.m. and arrived 15 minutes early to check in. I ended up waiting about an hour before being called in. During that time, I learned from two other clients--not from the staff--that they had appointments at 11:40 a.m. and 11:50 a.m., yet they were taken in before me. When I asked the admin about this, she couldn't give me an explanation. It felt as though the appointment schedule wasn't being followed, which makes me question why we make appointments in the first place. This experience was very unfair, and it left me disappointed. I truly value seeing Dr. Brodak, but after this situation, I need to reconsider future visits. I hope he is made aware of this issue, as the admin staff plays an important role in client experience.

Dr Brodak was incredibly kind and caring. He took the time to review my medical history and answer my questions. His staff was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Brodak has been my optometrist for many years. I recently booked an appointment with him and he took his time to ensure I could see clearly. He did not want the prescription to be powerful nor not clear enough. He truly is the best. The front office was also kind.

Dr. Brodak is simply superb ! After 10 years of not being able to wear contact lenses without discomfort , he figured out what needed to be done on my very first visit to afford comfort and optimal vision throughout the day.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife, for whom I scheduled the appointment. She arrived a little before her scheduled time and waited for about 30 minutes, only to be told she would need to wait another 30 minutes or so. Interestingly, another patient sitting next to her mentioned that she was booked for the same time slot. When my wife requested to cancel the appointment due to the delay, she was threatened with a $50 cancellation fee.

Dr Brodak is awesome. This was by far the best experience I've had at an eye exam. He's knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and informative. He took the time to ask me in-depth questions and hear my long answers which I very much appreciated. He also answered all my questions in detail. His personality made something that could be stressful into an easy and efficient experience. My daughter referred me.. and she was right! He's great!

Dr Brodak is patient and awesome to work with. Highly recommended.

Dr. Brodak is great lol I never want to change eye doctors if possible. Explains everything he's doing and why. Appointments are quick but never rushed. I feel that he genuinely cares everytime I go to his office. I didn't get the front desk staffs name but they are also kind. I forgot I wanted to submit my receipt for reimbursement from my insurance and when I called them and asked if it was possible to email it to me, they didn't hesitate to say yes and send it to me. Thank you !
