Doctor was wonderful and caring and listened to my concerns on first visit. Staff of surgery center are very efficient and helpful. Surgery went very smoothly and results are amazing. For a large practice, they really move the patients through their visits efficiently. I highly recommend the BW Eye Center.

Always a friendly/courteous staff! Beautiful newly renovated space! Was skeptical to keep returning after Dr. Bentencourt retired. But Dr Aggarwal is awesome! She performed cataract surgery on me and I now have 20/20 vision. Will definitely continue under her care

Dr Aggarwal provided an excellent explanation of cataract surgery options and their benefits. Unfortunately there was a lot of information regarding to my condition, and I have not found a patient portal where I can see this information in writing. Amber, the surgery counselor, provided me with a list of options and their costs. I left a voice mail with Amber this morning about 3 hours ago to let her know my decision, but I have not yet received a return call.

If your vision is a problem you should definitely visit the BaltWash Eye Center for a consultation as soon as possible. From the moment I went I could tell they were going to fix my eyes and give me back my visual acuity so I didn't miss seeing everything I could. I discovered I had cataracts in both eyes and they replaced my lens in no time. Now my visions is 20/20, clear and sharp and I'm so happy! My grandmother had a growth removed from her eye and Cataract surgery with Dr Aggarwal. The entire process itself was very smooth because the surgery and front desk staff are amazing. In addition, Dr. Aggarwal was very efficient and showed care through the entire process including post op appointments.
We completed the right eye, now its on to the left.

I have been going to this office for over 10 years and not had too many issues. Today took the cake. I got a medical eye exam, the service and staff is always nice and knowledgeable.
I requested a copy of my new prescription for glasses and they said it would cost $50????? Like what, it's a piece of paper. I am very disappointed.
