The Kaiser facility waiting room was very nice and comfy. I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Alexandrescu who explained very clearly what my medical problem was (retinal hole) with pics taken of my eye, and the procedure he would perform to correct the problem. He also made clear the recovery time and things I would need to do for a successful recover as well as provided computer links to Medical articles to read about my condition. Great experience over all.
