REBA provides exceptional customer service. Jonathan was outstanding, and Dr. Smith delivered excellent care as well. Reba went above and beyond by assisting me in selecting my glasses. Her dedication to customer service is truly commendable, and I am very grateful for her assistance. Thank you, Reba. I would also like to thank Jonathan, Reba, and Dr. Smith for their professionalism. Additionally, the young lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

Michele was THE BEST. She was so friendly and attentive. The woman who examined my eyes was so patient and sweet. The doctor was very thorough and caring. The manager who checked me out was informative and kind. I highly recommend this place!! My last eye doctor I had was always rushing me... nothing compared to this place! Booking the appointment was very easy and convenient, you can schedule, cancel, and reschedule all online. I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day, but they called me to have me come in earlier due to a cancellation, worked out perfect! My eye glasses, new frame & lenses, took a week after my appointment to be ready for pickup. It was refreshing being around the employees as well as not feeling rushed to get through the appointment. :)

I needed a last min appointment while visiting from out of state. The center was very pleasant and accommodating when I called for an appointment (made same day). Dr Smiths exam was very thorough and she explained findings in a very warm and professional manner. Would highly recommend this Eye Care Center.

"Reba" at MyEyeDr in LaPlata,Md was a terrific employee in assisting me with my purchase of my Progressive lenses! She explained everything and answered all questions in an easy-to-learn manner. Also, being an extremely sweet person sealed the deal! MyEyeDr is fortunate to have Reba as an employee. Also, kudos to the staff which have always been super.

I am giving this location 2 stars because they (often) tighten my children's glasses rather quickly. Anything else leaves little to be desired. We visited this location last year for the first time, as it was close to the house, but we spent a really long time waiting. I thought it was a one off, plus there were 3 of us with appointments. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 10am today, I was informed that they were running behind. I inquired as to how far behind and was told by the eyewear salesperson that it would take several hours because there were 3 of us. Never in the history of taking my children to the eye doctor (prior to this business), and having an appointment for myself, has it taken several hours. I realize that the experience last year was not a one off, but how they operate. They mentioned that the eye doctors see you by computer, and you have to wait for them to see patients other places, again, this was not what we experienced last year. We physically met with a doctor and it still took hours. I'll just return to an old school spot like LensCrafters, and not spend my day there.

The service at this location was exceptional! I was immediately greeted upon my arrival and I was treated with care by both the doctor and staff! Also happy birthday to the gentleman at the front desk!

This is my primary eye care treatment location. I recently picked up my new lenses and soon after experienced some issues with them. I returned and spoke with the Office Manager "Keona." I received excellent customer service. She was absolutely pleasant, polite, friendly and professional. She ordered me new lenses to replace what I had and resolve the issues with my original lenses. I greatly appreciated her kindness and pleasant energy. I will certainly continue to handle all my family's vision care services at this office location! Update Feb 26, 2025 - I received great customer service today when I picked up my new lens. I popped in last week to have my lens reinstalled after I accidentally sat on them and they fell out. Lisa who is always pleasant and helpful, kindly reinstalled them for me and ordered me a new set after noticing a chip in one of the lens. I received a text notification today saying my new lens were ready so I stopped by to have them installed. I walked in and saw that Lisa was busy helping a couple so I thought I would need to wait for her but the GM Donovan greeted me and kindly helped me. Within minutes he returned with my new lens installed on my frames. After trying them on I was pleasantly surprised to see how well I could read up close. Before he installed the new lens I would remove my glasses to read close up although they were bifocals I could not see clearly. However, he explained that he adjusted the nose guards which were out of place and causing me to not be able to see clearly through the bottom edges of my lens. I didn't know that was the problem. I was greatful that he corrected this problem without me realizing the problem was there. Awesome customer service here as always! Update- On April 6, another revisit unannounced to reinstall my eyeglass lens when the GM assisted me with great service yet again! He reinstalled my lens after I accidentally mishandled my frames and bent them causing a lens to fall out. This is an awesome eye care service provider and I am so glad they are apart of my care plan and local community! Update: Visited for my annual exam and had another great experience here. Dr. Bunyon is so warm and welcoming. I always feel relaxed and at ease when she conducts my exam. She is very calming and friendly which makes me very comfortable with the examination process. I also have to acknowledge Daphne', Lisa and Dejsia for their great customer service as well. This continues to be my favorite eye doctor office. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a great eye doctor and eye examination experience!

This company is super slow, with the process of producing, installing lenses into frames, have tried this company two separate times , two different locations,same poor results. This last time was given a date when lenses would be available, that date came and passed. Did not receive any information from the company on the delay, and I then Was informed it will take and additional week . I immediately cancelled the order now I am waiting a week just to get my frames back from god knows where. By the time I get the frames back and take to a real office I will be in for over a months worth of wasted time just to get lenses put into frames. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time. I wouldn't use this place again if they were located beside my house .
