Dr. Blum has been my family optometrist, 425 years or more. I have followed him from Rosedale to Manchester back to roosedale. He's very, very awesome. He takes care of his patients. He gets to know them and it's fun going there, even though it's a doctor we have a blast. He's a very good doctor

Dr Blum is always nice and very knowledgeable. He is a true professional and never rushes people. He takes his time with patients and is very understanding. He has years of experience- I highly recommend him!

Dr.Blum is an exceptional doctor and so is his staff. I have been his patient for years and value him as a wonderful, compassionate person, They don't make this kind of doctor anymore. He better never retire too many people would miss him.

He always takes the time to ask about my family and career. The glasses are a perfect fit each and every time. I would strongly recommend him

Dr. Blum is the best! He takes care of his patients and they keep coming back, so that tells you how caring and committed he is to your eyes. I've been seeing him for almost 30 years of my life! Will be sad when I need to find another doc - so don't retire anytime soon! :-)

Dr Blum and the staff is amazing. I have it 3 stars because it is extremely hard reaching their office, even during normal business hours. I've left a number of voicemails with no response. I've been trying to reach their office for about a month now. I just tried emailing in hopes I receive a response this way. I was seen in March 2023 and the experience was amazing- no wait times, great staff, clean environment, and he was very personable. The turnaround time for my glasses was absolutely amazing too. I've been having problems for about a month now and continuously calling their office with no response nor answer during normal business hours. This is disturbing because I'm sure i need a new eye exam to see what the problem is or perhaps a new pair of glasses. I would hate to have to find a new eye doctor and I'm trying to be as patient as possible but I feel my eyes are getting worse and the customer response time is horrible. I hope to hear from them- soon. It is so hard to get in contact with this office, even during normal business hours. You can leave messages which says you'll get a return call in 24-48 hours which is bullcrap. I left several messages!!!! I been calling since mid- late November/ early December and still haven't received a response from their office. He's a great doctor, extremely personable and has amazing staff but what's the point if you can't even reach them when in need. My prescription is still valid (it hasn't been a year) so i left a voicemail requesting a copy of my prescription to take elsewhere to avoid having to pay for a new eye exam which my insurance probably won't cover- still no response. Absolutely horrible !!!!
