Lab Technician Safa was wonderful--patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in guiding me through every step of the eye exam. Dr. Greiner's gentle, upbeat personality made the exam both comfortable and enjoyable.

Today I had the pleasure of calling the For Eyes Nottingham location and having Sarah help troubleshoot me through a few problems. My account wasn't recognizing my prescription and I needed to order new ones as my last pair that were in my eyes yesterday started being very uncomfortable as I wear monthlies. Sarah took the time to go over my information to make sure it was accurate, looked if there was a trail pair in store (unfortunately there wasn't) and fielded all my questions. Employees like Sarah should be appreciated for their kindness and understanding especially over the phone while in a store location. Thank you Sarah.

I visited the White Marsh location in search of a new pair of eye glasses, the Assistant Manager Keosha was a great big help and very knowledgeable in assisting me. The day that I had to pick up my new eye glasses Michele was very helpful when it came to adjustments and making sure that I was satisfied. I brought my son here after he failed a vision test at school, the representative Kat was absolutely amazing! Very warm and welcoming, and super patient with my child. We saw the doctors virtually and they were also a great help but with Kat's hands-on assistance and her being enthusiastic with my child after learning that he needs glasses it was a very great experience! They have a beautiful selection of affordable frames, and I even ended the visit by setting up an appointment for myself.
