I am a patient at MyEyeDr. But, this was my first visit to the Whitemarsh location. Everyone was so kind and considerate. The staffer, I think his name was TJ, was very nice. He let me know how many patients were ahead of me. And, he'd check in with me periodically, while I waited. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking eye care.

Service was subpar to say the least. Initially Made appointment on the phone and received confirmation, once we got there we were told the appointment was canceled on account of calling and not getting "another" verbal confirmation. Another appointment was scheduled for the following day with the service person who was inattentive and even let another client disrupt creating another appointment. We returned the next day and state the name, only to find out the service person placed my last name twice for my first and last name so they were unable to look up my insurance information so nothing was ready. The associate then goes into taking my information today with hopes I get an appointment. The associate who did help today was helpful and tried to alleviate the issue which he did. But instead of the original 5pm appointment we then had to be the last person seen at 6:15pm. The service those last 2 days has been very disappointing and we will not be returning as this was a waste of time and effort.

I can't say enough great things about My Eye Dr. I recently had a problem with my second pair of glasses and to find out it was a lab error with the lenses and the frames I picked out were not very comfortable. I was able to pick out new frames and Danny took it from there. I love my new glasses, thanks Julia, Iva and a big shout out to Danny. This place has amazing staff, do yourself a favor ....stop on in!

If I there was an option to rate this business with zero stars, that's what I would do. I came in on time for my confirmed appointment with my phone as proof in hand ready to receive a service. Unfortunately, I left without receiving any type of service whatsoever. Then the lack of an apology and the cold stare from a worker that doesn't seem to care about helping me out topped it off. This definitely looks like a confirmation to me, but I'm the confused one. This is completely ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone to patronize this place.

I made an appointment with this location and unfortunately I was running late due to traffic but was told that the doctor had a 10 minute grace period. After arriving with 3 minutes to spare, the doctor refused to see me. Based on previous reviews of this location, I can assume they like to selectively enforce policies on certain individuals. For this reason, I think it is best to notify corporate.

I was told my insurance covered my contact lenses fitting and then was charged $92 for it. I was told the retinal evaluation was $39 and was charged $44. Do not recommend coming here. If you're going to bring up pricing before my appointment, you should be correct in what you're saying and more thorough.

I was a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and the lady who checked me out and ordered my contacts was awesome. She made sure I received a rebate and a nice pair of sunglasses with the deal for buying a years supply of contacts. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had an amazing appointment today. Dr. Stephens is kind and accommodating while also explaining everything succinctly. I was also well taken care of by Danny. The office is welcoming in so many ways. I highly recommend coming here. I send the staff a heartfelt thank you.
