This was by far the best eye exam I have had and I have had many over the years. The tech was very professional and she explained everything well. I wish I remembered her name. African American young lady. I went in on a Saturday afternoon. I was a little skeptical about the Dr. visit since it was done via televisit. However, the doctor was amazing. She reviewed things that no one had mentioned before about my eyes and gave me tips on how to better care for my vision. She asked the tech to redo some things to make sure she was giving me the right prescription. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

The staff was wonderful and very welcoming, which made the visit pleasant. However, my experience with the doctor was very disappointing. When I asked a clarifying question about a test result, it was met with dismissiveness and little concern. The doctor's overall demeanor made the visit feel rushed. Overall, I did not feel heard or supported as a patient.

I went into this location to browse for some replacement glasses because I was referred to this specific location, which had a wide variety of nice frames to choose from. I was greeted and helped by Ms. Kim, who had an awesome personality and impeccable customer service from start to end, also Hunter, who recommended a special eye service test that Visionworks offers. Overall, I can recommend this location because of the great experience I had working with Ms Kim. Thank you

Everyone at this location is great except for one woman who I believe is the supervisor or manager. There were some technical issues during my exam, and the rest of the staff was kind and apologetic towards me, which I really appreciated. But the supervisor was rude and treated me like I was being a problem when I gave some suggestions to help (I work in tech). Maybe it was an off day for her, but the way she spoke to me left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully she shows more kindness to other customers in the future. The rest of the girls are all friendly and professional.

The worst manager ever. Not only does she act unprofessional, but she doesn't seem to care enough about her job. I've seen her yell at her employees with the most narcissistic and pathetic attitude ever. Likes to make others feel embarrassed, if you were there you would know.

This was my first time at this location and I did not regret going there. From the front desk to the eye tests with the technician and the eye doctor, the service was top notch.
The doctor took her time to explain what was going on with my eyes with pictures. This is the only location that has done that.
I'm not going anywhere else for my eye needs. Thank you for an awesome service.

I can't express enough how wonderful Hunter is! My son was extremely upset, scared, and nervous about getting glasses, but our first visit to Visionworks was truly exceptional--thanks entirely to Hunter. His kind-hearted nature made our experience unforgettable.
Hunter's ability to make my son feel comfortable was incredibly important to me, and he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect glasses. Seeing Princeton feel super cool and genuinely excited about wearing glasses was amazing!
