Went here for the first time and last! I saw Dr Prince! He didn't introduce himself was abrupt during the exam! Never told me what he was doing was impatient and very judgmental! Asked why I didn't work and snickered! Put drops in told me to wait 25 minutes then he came and brought me back gave me these cheap sunglasses told me I'd fail a drivers exam! I've been driving 30yrs no problem proceeded to print me out a script told me my insurance wouldn't cover glasses here and that was it! No explanation no nothing! He was horrible!!! B

We had a great experience here! My daughter sees Dr. Prince and he was so patient with her. She was a little nervous at her first eye exam but he was so very kind to talk her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. She was able to get fitted for glasses while were there and the whole process was very convenient and easy. We plan to be back every August for a back to school eye check.

Dr Kuo is the best. For years now gives thorough exam. Cares about the people. Went in depth with my bf about effects of certain diseases on the eye. Stephanie at the optical dept is just as outstanding

I take my entire family to Wilmer Eye Institute at White Marsh for both routine vision care as well as urgent eye issues and have had nothing short of great experiences.
My daughter is 11 and loves Dr. Dunlap. She sits still and allows her to do whatever is needed to get through the exam. My husband saw Dr. Brown for contact lens eval and was very pleased. The staff and doctors are extremely nice and I know we are well cared for by them all. Recommend to all of my family and friends!!

I have never been so upset! I made an appointment at the white marsh location for my son because his eye was getting worse from an injury and they turned me away because of my insurance which I gave the lady over the phone who made my appointment two days prior! I left work and took my child out of school for this appointment only for them to dismiss me as if I was nothing!! DO NOT GO TO WILMER EYE INSTITUTE!!!! They don't care about people at all!!!
