I have now purchased both contact lenses and glasses and had a good experience with both. The doctors took the time to help me find the right contact lens fit and RX for my eyes which tend to be dry and I have a strong prescription. Staff helped me refresh how to place and remove the contact lenses too. Best was the glasses purchase though. There were plenty of options including some of my favorite brand Silhouette-and they ordered in more to try (although some came and some never did). I ultimately found another super comfortable and well made brand and in a fun bold style I wouldn't have thought to try. The assistant was very helpful and patient and provided feedback as I tried on ALOT of glasses. Thank you everyone! I love my new glasses.

Today, I contacted Professional Vision and spoke with Alex by the way, she was so helpful! I let her know that I had a couple pairs of eyeglasses that needed adjusting. She suggested I come into the store and see what could be done. I spoke with Amber who was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and professional! She adjusted my glasses and made my day!!!

The doctor here is truly wonderful. Incredibly knowledgeable but more importantly she educates you as she completes your exam.
