We had an amazing experience with Steve Brown at ActualEyes. The first time we came in was just to get my daughter's glasses adjusted, and Steve was incredibly kind and welcoming. He chatted with my daughter, made her feel comfortable, and was just so patient and friendly the entire time, even with my baby. Recently, she came home from camp without her glasses, and we had to go back to get a new pair. Steve went above and beyond to help her find the right replacement. She has a very high prescription, so he made sure she would have it the next day. He took time to explain everything and make sure we chose the best option for her. We ended up staying past closing, but Steve was still incredibly patient. It was the end of a long day, but he never once rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience. It's rare to find someone who is that professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly all at once! I highly recommend ActualEyes--and especially Steve--for anyone needing glasses.

I've been wearing glasses for almost 17 years, and the best experience I've had in pursuit of new frames and lenses was with Steve Brown. His wide range of knowledge in the available lenses, and frames was very helpful (and impressive!), and he took a great deal of time to make sure I was able to get the right frames, and much better lenses than what I had before. As it turns out the lenses I had been using before had imperfections in the material, leading to worse clarity, in addition to not being up to par with what is available with other lenses manufacturers... Who knew? Well, thankfully, Steve. He was even able to get the lenses made in the mere couple of days I had left before I had to go abroad, a feat which no one else was capable. Thanks to his expertise and competence, I have wonderful new frames, and amazing lenses which no one else had told me existed. I'd give more stars if I could.

It is a pleasure to find a business with a varied selection of eyeglasses and where the staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is no pressure, the staff is very helpful, and you feel you are being heard in what you are seeking. I received excellent information and support from Steve and really appreciated the time he spent with me.

This place is fantastic! I went in on Sunday to get my sunglasses fixed which were smashed by one of my nephews on Saturday and they told me that I had to come back on Tuesday so that Steve could fix them. I went In on Tuesday and Steve fixed my glasses almost close to perfect, which is crazy because lots of places told me they couldn't do it. I scheduled myself a vision exam because clearly these guys are great.

Dr Mandel has been our optometrist for many years. She is super friendly and extremely thorough. She referred my wife to a dry eye specialist. Working with both doctors her eyes feel better than ever. The Actual Eyes team is Awesome. The top-notch, efficient, and friendly service you experience the moment you walk into their luxurious showroom is unforgettable. Many thanks to Dr. Mandel, Steve, and the A-Team at the front desk.

Just had a wonderful experience with Steve and the team at ActualEyes. Broke my glasses down the middle during a gardening project on a Sunday morning, called the office, and within 40 minutes, Steve had identified the issue, fixed the glasses expertly, and did so at no cost to me. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience, the customer service was the best, they are very patient with you. I had scheduled for contacts (new user) I had some difficulty with different brands and they ended up giving be the best brand for me, and they had replaced my torn (my fault btw) contacts with new ones once I had adjusted. I would recommend getting contacts and glasses here, although there selection of glasses isn't very wide though, all through this was a amazing experience. There office looked very professional, Eye doctors very patient and nice. -Henry

Just stopped into ActualEyes to choose new frames. The customer service that I received was unparalleled. Steve as well as Mr. Glaser were both professional and friendly, immediately asking how they could help me. They gave me just the right amount of assistance, offering suggestions and helping me find the perfect pair--but also allowed me the space to make my own decision, which I really appreciated. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient; I was in and out in no time. I'm extremely pleased with how easy and enjoyable the experience was. I highly recommend this store!
