Dr. Zuckerbrod is an expert who practices with the best interest of his patients as the priority. He listens carefully to his patients' concerns, fully addresses their questions and explains the available options. He really cares. The principal Optician, Ron, is also customer-focused, providing the patient choices that are consistent with their eye health and their budget. Also, they stand behind the vision products they sell. At no additional cost to me, Ron replaced my lenses (twice!) that got scratched for reasons that I could not figure out. Thank you Dr. Zuckerbrod and Ron!

I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Family Eye Care. The staff was welcoming, the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, and the visit was quick but thorough. I truly appreciate how patient and gentle they were, especially with my mom. She has cataracts and will need surgery, and Dr. Abraham even recommended surgeons, which was incredibly helpful. It's clear he genuinely enjoys his job he is experienced, knowledgeable, and caring. They fitted both my mom and me, and I'm so grateful for the excellent care we received. I've found my forever eye doctor. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the care here. All of the staff were friendly and professional and Dr. Abraham Zuckerbrod did a comprehensive and efficient exam and explained everything clearly answering all of my questions. A big plus, they have technology to examine the eyes without needing to dilate the pupils and putting instruments so close to the eyes.

This place did a fantastic job from the eye doctor exam, to all the staff interactions, to making and fitting me in my glasses. Jessica was very helpful in finding me a great pair of glasses. In fact everyone there was wonderful! I give them all my highest recommendation because they were very friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my glasses and they arrived fast! If you're thinking of going, I say do it because I think you will be happy with these folks and most importantly with your eye glasses!
