I understand life happens and assistants take off. I also understand we get busy and run late. But it doesn't hurt to communicate with the patients when running late. I wasted 45 minutes sitting there in limbo unknowing if I would ever be seen at which point I had to leave because unknowing if I'd actually be seen I didn't have all afternoon to waste.

i went in for a visit and the visit was fine. nothing extraordinary or unusual. i paid $300 for a new pair of glasses and was initially told i'd have to wait a week. then 2 weeks go by and i'm then told it's actually a 2-3 week wait. so i wait another week and half which is then a month after i paid for my glass i'm told "i'm not the one who takes care of the glssses and i'm not sure if i can see them" so she tells me she'll call me back after making a few calls. do you think i got a call back??? absolutely not. so i call at 12:30ish today, a whole hour and a half after THEY themselves say that they are open and i'm met with voicemail after 6 times of calling. so i pull up to the store to actually look at someone face to face at about 1ish and not a single solitary soul was in their. lights off, door locked, no sign to give any explanation or anything. just nothing. and i wasn't the only one there who didn't know what the heck was going on and why no one was there. so my guess is they had an appointment or something like that. so i go home and call back at 3.30 and they have the literal AUDACITY to go home at their appointed time as if they've been there all day. and that's IF they showed up at all!!! after i get my glasses, i will NEVER come back here. the unprofessionalism and complete disregard for anyone's time or lives is beyond astounding. they do NOT deserve to have a practice if this is how they are going to run it!!!

Dr. Mandel is extremely competent. I was so happy with her. She came highly recommended.
