Des helped me with my glasses today and she made the whole thing way smoother than I expected. She was easy to talk to, took her time, and didn't make it feel like a sales pitch. I felt comfortable asking questions and figuring things out without any pressure. Highly recommend working with her and the whole team there!

This is a fabulous My Eye Dr optometrist office (it's in Woodholme shopping center in Pikesville). I came here because I didn't think my new glasses had been done correctly by another location. I wasn't sure if they could, or would, help me, but Regina, the optician, apologized and simply said "we are going to fix this for you" and that's exactly what she did. She was very thorough in checking my "new" glasses from the actual prescription to the way the lenses were made to the way the lenses were installed in the frames and the fit of the frames onmy face. She helped me pick out new frames and I walked out of there with completely new glasses ordered. And she gave me new and softer nose pieces for my old glasses since I would have to wear them while waiting for my new ones. Bonus!!! What a 180 degree difference from my experience at the previous location. I can't sing her praises enough. She was compassionate, understanding, took the time to explain things to me, measured my eyes very thoroughly and explained how to pick out frames that will fit my very small face. All I can say is, if you want a fabulous eye doctor experience, this is the place for you!

Amazing service! I came in to replace the lenses in one of my frames with my updated prescription and to switch out another frame completely. Lauren assisted me with such friendliness, patience, and flexibility. She made the changes to both pairs seamlessly and provided truly exemplary customer service. Every time I visit, it's a consistently positive experience -- you can tell Lauren genuinely values the customer experience and wants every person to leave with glasses they love. Highly recommend this location and team!

This location is amazing. They helped me out when the Towson location where I originally got my glasses would not. Regina was so kind and apologetic and correced the issue with no problem. I will visit Woodholme from now on. Thank you again!!

Regina has been absolutely amazing and nothing short of the best. Lauren was great too. They not made me feel at home and very special. Keep up the great work. It's people like you that make the unassailable difference.

My mom and I recently visited this office, and while check-in was fine, our experience with Dr. Zeidman was uncomfortable. This was my second visit with him in two years, and the behavior was consistent both times. He came across as irritable, dismissive, and annoyed, with poor bedside manner and strained communication. The appointment felt rushed, and it did not feel like a patient-centered experience. After the visit, when discussing next steps, I attempted to share mild concerns with staff. One staff member was new to the location and another immediately dismissed any feedback by defending the doctor rather than listening. The two made weird facial impressions as we left. The interaction felt awkward and unprofessional, including the body language as we were leaving. I'm not questioning medical credentials (which is the least of worries), but attitude, communication, and how patients are made to feel matter. Because of this repeated experience, I will be requesting a different doctor in the future and not coming to this location.

Very poorly run. I called several times to receive an update on the status of my glasses. I was told that someone would get back to me and no one did. I was told that it would only take two weeks for my glasses to arrive yet they still haven't. Enough is enough. My initial concern with this location was that I was going to be about 10 minutes late for my scheduled eye exam, but I was rudely told that I needed to reschedule. I will not return to this location and would like to speak with someone from the corporate office immediately.
