Revise: If I could give 0 stars I would. Your phone agents I have spoken to on multiple occasions and they are rude. Your company is very unprofessional on the phone and apparently in writing as well. "Dear Ms. Rutherford, Upon checking the patient records it appears that you not a patient of the office. I do see you on the schedule on July 14, 2022 and you were a no show. There has been no communication from you with total disregard to our clinic time. I do apologize for the poor phone experience. I hope you can find an eyecare practice that is more suitable and convenient to your needs. Thank you. " that's your response rather than solving any of your customer issues. I now understand why you guys are at the terrible ratings that you are. Not only do you have complete disregard for your customers but from your reviews, it is your cleanliness as well.
I call my regular vision care and they no longer accept my insurance, that sent me on a search for were to go next. I can only speak for my experience and it was Excellent and very professional. The Doctor address all of my concerns, and the receptionist gave my good advice on picking my frames. I have already recommended my friends and I will continue to let everyone I know to give this place a try.

Very professional doctor (Gnaanaken) who has an extremely qualified assistant (Tula). They are smart, take time with you, and don't let you leave dissatisfied. I trust them both completely. Never had a bad experience there. I've been going for years.
I had the poorest experience imaginable with this establishment. I bought two pairs of glasses and ordered top of the line lenses. I paid close to 2000. Lenses need to be sent back multiple times and when the frame came apart on one pair after just a few months it took forever for them to call me when they came in. I was traveling at that time and when I returned for a week the time the fitter would be there was extremely limited. Finally I got a voicemail on December 28 2016 reminding me that they were there. Returned the call four times to learn they could not find them and perhaps they had been put back into inventory and sold. I am now left with useless lenses and no glasses. And to boot they seem to have sold the frames twice! They stated there was nothing they could do. Absolutely amazing.
Since I've been an adult I have never had an eye exam. This office was recommended to me so I set up an appointment. When I arrived the staff was super friendly. Derek was awesome and very informative, he explained the entire process! Dr.Gnanakkan certainly knows his stuff!
Very poor customer service. I would not return here or recommend them. Dr. Glasser gave a good exam, but employee ordered lenses for glasses with incorrect measurement. After a week of discomfort I returned and Dr. Glasser identified the problem (wrong P.D. was ordered - not close to my correct measurement), and ordered replacement lenses. Now it is four weeks later (six weeks after the original exam), and the lenses are still not here. I asked for a refund, was treated poorly by the other Dr. who says he is the "owner of this place," and who told me he thought they were being "extra accommodating" to me! I disagree. He refused to issue refund to my credit card, said he would "send me a check at the end of the month." Except for Dr. Glasser, this place has NOTHING to recommend it.
After ordering contacts, 1) had exam, ordered hard lenses, waited several weeks for a call to say they were in, got no call, finally called them--I was told "oh, here they are" and was told to pick them up anytime, which I did. Girl just handed them to me, and sent me on my way. I told her I didn't know how to put in hard lenses. She offered no option for training, so I went home to try and figure it out (unsuccessfully). 2) Made another appt to see the doctor, who apologized for lack of training opportunity. We realized the contacts weren't properly weighted for the bi-focals to work. He ordered second pair. Again, I waited forever for a call, and finally called to say I was giving up and wanted my money back. They refused. After many pleas over the phone and emails, they agreed to give me back a partial refund, which I have never seen - after several reminders. I have nothing to show for the $350 I paid. Abominable. Don't go to this facility.
After one year of dealing with these glasses it's confirmed they gave me the wrong prescription. I new the moment I put them on, but I didn't want to deal with this doctor again, I had the worst exam,he missed my exam then rushed mine because he had someone waiting, then forced me to get those drops in your eyes IT HURT SO BAD I argued with this man and HE wouldn't budge. During this years exam with last years glasses I finally notice they put bifocals in ONE of my lenses. As I was reading the letters, I finally noticed I have to pull my glasses down to the tip of my nose and my vision, in one eye, is clear! So here's a PSA: save your money and go to the next guy!! 25 years of eye exams, I know what I'm talking about..
