I had my eye exam on January 2. I was not interested in purchasing glasses, because I need eye surgery. I am diabetic, so it's important for me to get my eyes dilated and the information sent to my primary care physician. He refused that service, which I hope he didn't bill my insurance company for anyway. I am 69 years old and felt taken advantage of because I was not purchasing a pair of glasses.

They broke my frame when trying to adjust it, then refuse to replace one for me and offered me half price for a new frame, very rude. Will never return!

I came in for an eye exam and glasses, but my experience turned out to be even better thanks to Alexis. She's warm, charismatic, and incredibly professional. It's rare to come across someone who makes the whole process feel so easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her energy, the world needs more people like that.

Despite visiting their office twice and following up with three phone calls, no one bothered to check with my insurance or get back to me with an update. During my last call, they casually admitted they hadn't even looked into it and claimed they didn't have my insurance information--despite having it on file from my prior visits. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and indifferent to my frustration. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, their response was a sarcastic "Oh, well, thank you. Bye." This level of service is unacceptable. They are neither kind nor considerate toward their customers, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at My Eye Doctor at Cabin John shopping mall with Alexis. She was very diligent, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about my eyeglass needs. I recommend her as well as her very highly.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ibrahim, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, James and the rest of the staff were welcoming and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Ibrahim took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination, addressing all my questions with patience and clarity. His expertise was evident, and I felt reassured throughout the process. Overall, I left feeling well-informed and satisfied with the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim for anyone seeking an eye doctor! He also has a great sense of humor which is refreshing.

The male receptionist was rude. When he realizes l wouldn't order the glasses he became even ruder. I was hanging around and waiting for my wife to pick up, he came and asked "what are you still doing in here?". Best way to make sure customers don't come back again
