They no longer care for the patients. It's gone down hill but the suspicious billing has increase. Somebody call OIG. You check your self in 30 times before the appointment, get there, get handed an IPAD to do it again with not even a hello. No names given, just a lot of what they don't do. What for about 10 minutes go back and sit for 15 minutes, speak to the physician for 5 mins. Then you get a bill for two visit because you were asked if you need a refill. You get the bare minimum now. Your retired physician of 36 years is called "OLD SCHOOL" because they did full exams during your annual. After almost 50 years, I'm looking for a new physician. Talk about stress. So disappointed.

While my PCP has been excellent in his diagnoses, this practice has become worse and worse over the last few years. Getting an actual human being on the phone is next to impossible. Getting an appointment to see my doctor should not be such a challenge. I'm ready to look elsewhere.

Several healthcare providers in different types of practice work in this setting. This includes an ENT/Audiologist, General Practitioners, an Endocrinologist, Quest Lab, and a psychiatrist once/week. I gave it 4 stars because I have used all of them and been very pleased with the outcome, except one. There's one department where I can't get the doctor to return calls from my equipment or medicine providers, my most recent results of medical tests, including one that has been so critically low that I was pulled out of physical therapy and given 4 piggyback Minibags of a mineral stat, infused wide. The lab results that night were still considered very low (below the normal range). This doctor took my case when someone else left. She can't remember to put magnesium on the lab request, even when I remind her. My GP adds it. I take an Uber-mega dose of magnesium at the physician's advice. That keeps the level a smidgen below the normal range.
I think this is something that people would want to know when they are deciding whether they want to choose this location.

Had my 1st appt with Dr. Thattassary and it was amazing. I was super anxious and nervous because as of late, my doctor's appointments haven't been the best. But Dr. Thattassary made me feel welcomed. We came up with a plan regarding my weight loss and I can't wait to see the results. Everyone that I've encountered were extremely professional so I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend!

The office is not responsive. Takes 2 to 3 weeks to get a prescription refilled. Call them and nobody answers the phone. Very frustrating. It's like an assembly line.

My experience with Dr. Umer Ansari was excellent mainly because I received quality care which is so hard to get today. He was vey patience, pleasant, showed empathy and concern for my illness. He helped me to relax and eased my fears with the treatment I needed. He has gained my full trust and confidence in his ability to help me have a compete resolution of my problem and I will definitely return for the additional needed treatments. Awesome bedside manner and I know that an excellent patient-doctor interaction will be experienced by anyone who request his services. He is very knowledgeable, he listens to the patient and allows you to explain your concerns. He has great teaching skills and shares the knowledge you need to be active in helping yourself toward a positive outcome. I did not feel rushed and I feel he has a genuine concern for my health. The office staff and his assistant were pleasant and also outstanding in patient service, knowledge, and great customer service skills.

I love the ease of scheduling an appointment. I also like the fact that they do not have you waiting for hours to be seen and can usually accommodate a walk in if not feeling good. The staff are very friendly and I love my nurse practitioner and her assistant. They are always attentive to my needs and listen to what I have to say. Glad I made the choice to switch to them.
