DR Peterson is great. I've been a client for about 4 years. They know me by name and I like that. She is very personable. Her Asst. Is great too. He is very attentive and helpful when try to select glasses. At this writing I can't remember his name..Charge it to my heart memory not so good. But anyway when you make and appt and arrive on time, very minimal wait time. She don't overbooked which I love. She is is very knowledgeable about eyes. I recommend, I recommend, I recommend. Keep up the food work and thanks.

I'm absolutely livid! I called this place and was told they could see my child as long as he knew his letters and numbers and was also told they took my insurance. I made the appointment and was given a call that they needed to reschedule my appointment which I did and then the day of the appointment, they said that it was up to the doctor If they could even see my child and then I was told they don't take my insurance. They had plenty of time to reach out let me know this information but instead they wasted our time!! Absolutely horrible.

I wish there was a zero start option. I booked an appointment over the phone with them. And I got there, without even signing no paper and providing no information, I felt uncomfortable with the lady at the front desk and I left. She ran after me and said to me there will be $20 fee for no show at the appointment and told me $20 fee will be kept in their records! That's ripped off. People beware of hidden fee, you will be surprised! I will never set my feet there again!!!

The Best Eye Doctor In The Area. My eyes change every year because I am getting older and Dr. Petersen takes care of me along with her great staff members whenever I need to make, change or cancel an appointment. Everyone one is always pleasant and nice over the telephone and in person. I highly recommend Dr. Petersen.

I switched from My EyeDr and it was the best decision ever! They were so unprofessional and overcharged for services. Eye Maxx Opitcal is awesome! The staff there is courteous, caring and professional. They even have a better medicaid selection on glasses. I would definitely recommend going here.

Wonderful service. My daughter and I was in and out. They gave us follow up calls to let us know our glasses were ready. Very friendly and professional.

Excellent personalized service. My family has been served by Dr, Gail Peterson and Eye Maxx Optical team for years. We don't even consider going elsewhere for glasses, contacts or exams. Their the BEST for service, style and consideration of your time.

Expect to get your personal information sold, and to be scammed. Their prices are way above the industry average, their service is way below. Also notice that they will have you sign papers stating that you read their distribution of Rights policies, but you will never get to see them. I was told I could see them sometime after the appointment. When I argued enough and finally got to see them, it blatantly stated that they have the right to use your information to increase their own monetary assets off of you for whatever purposes they see fit. This place is garbage, avoid it. They do not deserve to be in business. Trashy people, and doing trashy things.
