Over the years, they've cared for me through multiple relocations, job promotions, and even the birth of my child--it truly feels like Dr. H has watched me grow up. Transferring my care because I'm moving farther away has been such a difficult decision, which says everything about how exceptional this practice is. Dr. Yecheskel is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I had a complicated eye issue that other doctors gave up on. After being discouraged and very concerned about my visual challenges, I thankfully found Dr. Yecheskel online. She immediately had a plan to help me and after several months of treatment, my vision has improved tremendously. I am so grateful for her expertise and encouragement. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. H. She is extremely thorough, kind, patient, fair, and exceptional at what she does. She has gone above and beyond for me, answering emails on weekends and after hours. I have really bad eyes and it's really important that I have a good optometrist. She is the best there is!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yecheskel for several years, and find that she is a wonderful eye doctor and I have been very pleased. However, ordering glasses there has been uncomfortable and difficult at times. They have some nice frames but only take customers by appointment, which can be inconvenient. The upside is that you will have dedicated time with the staff to choose frames.
Most recently I had a surprisingly negative experience with a their optical boutique (not Dr. Y). I had called to see if I could come by to show my wife a pair of glasses that I was considering for purchase. It was a busy time for them, so that wasn't possible. But some disrespectful and personal comments were made that left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope that the boutique will be able to better match Dr. Yecheskel's high standard of service going forward.

Our whole family goes here, and we absolutely love the care from Dr. Yecheskel and the incredible service from the optical staff. I've been wearing glasses since the age of 6 and have never experienced eye care like this. Dr. Yecheskel is knowledgeable, skilled, and takes time to ask and answer questions. She's warm and approachable, which has been especially great for our kid. The optical selection is outstanding, both for adults and children, and the team has gone above and beyond with us several times when we've had special requests or unusual needs regarding our glasses. We will be loyal patients and customers for many years to come.
