Dr and staff are not empathetic and professional towards patients who are not bilingual.
They only offer services to patients who only speak English. They need to provide translation services to their patients even if it is just by phone.
How can they have receptionist that are bilingual but they don't have translators for the doctors? It is inconvenient for the patient who pays for parking and then have to reschedule. The Dr wasn't empathetic either.
