Dr Ashker is amazing. New to eye issues other than needing glasses was a little scary. Dr Ashker was very thorough explaining everything. Cataract surgery and Laser for astigmatism went perfectly. Everyone at the office is amazing and helpful. Such a positive experience. I am truly impressed and satisfied with her!

Dr. Park and her staff are friendly and professional. The office is well equipped and their testing is thorough. I am glad to have switched to Dr. Park and look forward having her as my eye doctor for the future.

Took over an hour for the Dr to come see me, after that, they dilated my eyes and left for another 45 minutes (I do understand eyes need some time to dilate). I got a staff member and informed them I needed to leave as I didn't realize the appointment would be so long. They then acted offended that I was asking to leave earlier. I do think the front desk was nice.

I had my first visit with this eye physician and surgical practice, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and organized. The technician and doctor both took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Park with the comforting way she deals with her patients. Outwardly talented, Dr Park is at all times professional, thorough, and gentle. The staff at both the Rockville and Gaithersburg offices are friendly, courteous, and informative. Supremely recommended.

I visited Montgomery Eye Physicians and Surgeons' Gaithersburg office and the staff were kind, professional and efficient in their care. I saw Dr. Gutnik and she was very nice and took the time to speak with me regarding my vision concerns and gave great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this ophthalmology practice!

This is the single worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. I was charged a $50 fee for an appointment that was never confirmed, scheduled, or received. For six and a half weeks, I repeatedly called the office trying to get assistance. Every time, the staff promised a callback "within the next two business days," but no one ever followed up. This office has zero respect for a patient's time. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor to resolve the unauthorized fee and non-existent service, the staff claimed they could not help and did not know who else I could talk to. In summary: Abysmal customer service, false promises, and no accountability. Save your money and time--go elsewhere. Rating: 1/5 Stars (Should be 0)

My experience at Montgomery eye physician under the care of Dr. Kane has been exceptional. She is very attentive and displays a good beside manner.
