Fantastic location and team. I was greeted immediately upon walking through the door, even though I was 5 minutes late for my appointment. Lisette immediately got me started and through the eye screenings, and within about 2-3 minutes, Dr. Chait walked in and got me started with the exam. Seemless appointment...except for my tardiness. 10/10 would recommend.

We visited the Rockville Pike location and the staff here are just amazingly pleasant and knowledgeable. Since the moment we walked in they were very nice and welcoming. They advised us to choose the right frames for us and Dr. Chait was so patiently explaining our test results and Nelly and Lisette were so helpful along the whole process. Beautiful frames and great professionals in this location. We were grateful and happy with the choices we made with their help.

Great experience here from beginning to end - the optometrist (Dr Chait) saw me right away and provided a thorough eye exam. Hanaa really went above and beyond to ensure that my order made it into my hands, after some difficulties with USPS. I really appreciate the care and efficiency at this office, and will be back next year.

This MyEyeDr location has been the only place we have gone for glasses for several years. We did our research and compared quality, price, and service; they won. We had one issue our first year, and they corrected it immediately. The staff are good, yet Amadou is our favorite. They have our trust and business.

Had the best experience with the Saturday morning team at Dr Chaits office! Lisette and Hanaa provided honest feedback about frame selection, not only what looked best on me, but also what would accommodate my prescription. They answered all of my questions and reviewed next steps. Nelly the patient coordinator reviewed my benefits and helped me reschedule my appt to optimize my insurance! Such a great group!

I had a great experience at my eye doctor's office for my contact lens exam. The staff (Ms. Hanaa) was friendly, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to answer my questions and made sure my prescription and fit were just right. The whole process was smooth, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. I've been coming to this location for about a decade now and I love Dr. Chait and Amadou for their honest advice and approach to both the health of your eyes and the styles that compliment looking your best. It will compliment your facial structure and features because often times we pick styles and frames that don't necessarily be the best fit for you. I went here to get an updated exam and prescription. I tried on a few frames I was curious about. Bottom line, this place stands on business and yes they do work on commission but it's a different vibe here. It's especially important to me that I keep in the loop on my eye health as someone young with open-angle glaucoma. 5/5 Supa Fly IT Guy Approved!

Dr. Chait and Ms. Hanaa were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. All of my questions were answered and I received an amazing pair of glasses that fit my face well due to their assistance. I recommend this location for your appointments.
