A very disappointing practice. After months of waiting, they cancel the appointment on the morning of after the fact that they already confirmed my appointment days earlier. I even called them days earlier. And it was all good. This was for Dr. Hendrix. He is off today, I was told. How nice after months of waiting for the appointment. We have another Dr but no idea how long you have to wait, I was told. This is the second time they did this to me. They have poor record keeping as I found out. No one bothered to offer even an apology. Not sure they were busy doing what!
