Dr. Cremers has been our family opthalmologist for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable about every type of eye condition. She makes time in her busy schedule to update her patients with the latest medical information and treatment options. Dr. Cremers really cares about our general health and well-being as it relates to our eye health, and her recommendations are always practical (and make sense to us).
Dr. Cremers is an outstanding doctor. If you have severe dry eye, you could not be in better hands. Before I found Dr. Cremers, I had seen 7-8 different ophthalmologists with hardly any relief from my symptoms, and was suffering immensely. Dr. Cremers put me on treatments that dramatically increased my quality of life, in a matter of weeks. I found her through her YouTube channel, the goal of which is to provide information on treatments for dry eye disease. It is wonderful to meet a doctor who is so dedicated to helping patients, and really gets the impact this disease has. I am so glad I found her!
Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with Dr. Cremers. I went to see her for the treatment of severe dry eye and blepharospasms and she did not help in anyway. During every visit I had to wait 2-3 hours to see her. I was transferred from station to station and waiting areas, and when I did see her she was rushing and my time with her was no more than ten minutes per visit. Ultimately, Dr. Cremers recommended I change my entire life rather than suggesting a medication or treatment. My main problem with Dr. Cremer was that she was very dismissive and had no patience. I had to go to the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. I was properly diagnosed and treated and I was completely cured from both dry eye and blepharospasms.
Kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had an urgent eye situation and Dr Cremers fit me in her busy schedule and patched me up. Highly recommend.
I can't exaggerate the profesional quality of Dr. Cremers, and her attention to detail that I have experienced in the several occasions she has attended to my eye problems. She is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Cremers is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, competent, and warm, and she explains everything clearly! I trust her implicitly, and recommend her to my friends and family.
Dr. Cremers has been treating my dry eye disease (DED) for several years. She is always very friendly and takes the time to explain every process and procedure. When I first saw her, my dry eye pain was unbearable. Dr. Cremers uses a stepladder approach to make her patients as comfortable in the quickest way possible. I had seen several dry eye specialists in Maryland through the years and none of them come close to her knowledge and dedication in researching more ways to finding a cure for this painful disease. My DED is manageable these days because Dr. Cremers never gave up on helping me, unlike the other doctors who kept telling me to continue using over the counter eye drops. She is the only ophthalmologist to see if you have DED. She will make your eyes feel better.
Visionary Eye Doctors is an excellent facility for eyecare for the whole family. The office is normally very busy as there are many doctors seeing many patients for various eye ailments. Even so, the waiting period is acceptable knowing you will receive the best care and not be rushed when it is your turn. The offices are always clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the location is very accessible to multiple forms of transit and street and underground parking are available.
I could go on forever at the excellent service and state of the art equipment they possess which results in a very thorough examination.
If you want to be connected to a really amazing and professional eyecare facility where top notch service is provided, definitely take yourself and the family to Visionary Eye Doctors.
I am very grateful to Dr Cremers and her staff, particularly Xavier and Pam, who have cared for my eyes with TLC for the last few years...
