Subject: Concern Regarding Appointment Cancellation Without Notice I am confused and disappointed with the service received at Visionary Eye Doctor, located at 110 Medical Center Dr, with Dr. Rossana Luna. I had an appointment scheduled for December 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., which was canceled without any prior notice. When I arrived at the office, I was informed that the doctor had decided to work at another office that day and would not be seeing the scheduled patients. I consider this situation a lack of professionalism and respect for patients' time, as no advance notice was given to allow me to adjust my schedule. Patients make an effort to attend appointments on time and expect the same level of commitment from medical staff. I respectfully request that this situation be taken into consideration to prevent it from happening again and that communication and scheduling practices be improved. Sincerely, M L Z

Rosanna Luna is wonderful. She doesn't brush off your concerns or thoughts, she educates while she is treating you and encourages healthy eye care routine.
