We used to buy our glasses here since forever. Today we had a super poor experience, walked in the store. One person was there, busy with other customers. Told him we are looking for kids glasses, picked our glasses, and sat there waiting for him. He finished with his customer, spent another 10min over the phone and we didn't want to interrupt him, we are still waiting sitting on the chair. Then another customer walked in and he greeted them and ask how the can help them. We decided to leave the store and not buy the glasses from them. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I had a family emergency and missed my appointment and since it was the last day of the year I would've lost my benefits for 2025, When my mom was stable I mentioned that I missed my appointment and the nurse encouraged me to call and see if they could fit me in and they said yes. Customer service from the moment I walked through the door until I left was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this VisionWorks branch to others.

Very low quality PREMIUM upgraded lenses. Great Sales and Initial Customer Service, great doctor. Very poor lenses execution, and horrible support. I purchased 2 pair of glasses, (1 prescription, 1 sunglasses for my wife), paid all possible premiums for "scratch resistant" lenses, antiglare, etc. late June 2020. The Columbia frame started to deteriorate (rubber is separating from the frame). I tried to contact the store in October to find out if there is a warranty. Was promised twice that someone will look up the details on my account, see what warranty is on the frame and call me back. By November no one called me back, and I decided just to let it go (that's more of Columbia issue). But than I noticed that the lenses are getting scratched up. more and more. And the same happened to the sunglasses. I tried to contact corporate office, it took 2 weeks and another repeat complaint to corporate office for store manager finally to call me. The response was: yes, you got scratch resistant lenses, when I tried to complaint that they are definitely not (I'm wearing a 10 years old frame right now with perfectly fine lenses in comparison with Visionwork premium lenses), I was told, well, most likely you are not wiping them correctly and it is pretty much your own fault that they are scratched up, there is nothing we will do for you. I actually think now that I was just charged for the premium lenses, but they never got installed, and the store just took the difference (I just can't otherwise explain why the store manager wouldn't want even to look at them, she already knew that something was wrong, but didn't want to admit it).

Vision works did very well with me yesterday :) the store I went to was very professional and everything was handled in a timely manner :) this store helped to ensure that the quality of service was friendly, reliable, and dependable:). Everything was handled for my appointment with my examination very effectively:) thank you vision works :)

Good selection of glasses, the associates and doctor were kind and thorough, and I was out within an hour doing an eye exam and choosing and purchasing new frames.

I was able to get appointment in timely manner. Everyone was excellent and professional. I would recommend this site for vision care.

My experience with this location was amazing. I would recommend this location to everyone. The doctor is so good and so knowledgeable. The staff was very helpful. Just an overall great visit.
