Dr. Chu has been my eye doctor for many, many years and I can highly recommend him. My visits have been my annual check ups with no problems experienced, but I just had my cataracts removed by Dr. Chu this past November. His surgical skills are clearly top notch, and I came through the surgeries with absolutely no problems whatsoever. The care, both in the office and also at the surgical center was amazing. He has a highly skilled, caring staff and the office is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostics. I am very happy with Dr. Chu and am so grateful to be a part of his practice.

Dr. Chu is a contemporary practitioner with advanced knowledge and skill. His office is efficient and technologically modern. Mya, of 20/20 optical is a treat. She is friendly and informative. She works extremely hard, and took me as a walk in when I broke my glasses. Twice! 10/10.

The doctor is nice but I do not approve the business practices that do not have informed consent on additional charges. Say no to the pricey contact lens exam . Get your glasses at Eyeconic.

Dr. Yin is too busy to explain treatment options for "minor" conditions. Front desk lady rolled her eyes when answered our questions.

I just had my eye exam at this place. Dr. Yin is very humble and knowledgeable, very patient and answered all my questions. The front desks are friendly. After my visit, I received a bill about 250$ since I didn't have a good insurance. What really surprised me is after I paid my bill, the billing department still worked with my insurance company on my behalf and got the majority of my bill paid by my insurance. Then today a nice lady Petty called me and refunded my payment. Their honesty and always put patient's benefit as first priority is amazing me and I highly recommended this place!

My cataract procedure with Dr Yin exceeded all expectations. She was extremely thorough and patient explaining my options and the procedure, including asking me several questions to ensure I was a candidate for the procedure. The follow up by Dr Yin and her staff was extensive and excellent. The final results were better than the expectations and I have not needed glasses since. Highly recommend!

BEWARE that this office will scam you. I went in for an eye exam and they did not provide me with the paperwork to authorize them going through my medical insurance, they included a fundus exam WITHOUT telling me it was an extra cost and even though I ONLY provided them with my dental insurance they billed me as medical and I now owe almost $200 for what I thought was a routine eye exam. I spoke with their billing department who apologized for the miscommunication and stated they would charge me for a routine exam, I paid $49 total which they said would be all it cost, yet a month later I receive a bill for another $125 dollars from their office and a note that they filed a claim with my medical insurance. They now will not answer the phone or email. This place will RIP OFF new clients, they will trick you into paying for things and more than you expected and their lack transparency is ON PURPOSE. They will LIE to get more money from you out of pocket. I regret not asking more questions and assuming I was being treated fairly. Patty had the nerve to tell me they ASSUMED it was medical because I paid a copay yet THE PAPERWORK WHERE YOU AUTHORIZE WHETHER TO CHARGE DENTAL OR MEDICAL WAS NEVER GIVEN TO ME. I had no idea and when I asked for clarification Dr.Yin was RUDE AND DEMEANING AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. Beside manner is atrocious and they should be ashamed of themselves. If they THINK IM GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEY HAVE TRIED TO TRICK THE WRONG PERSON. I WILL BE FOLLOWING ALL NECESSARY CHANNELS TO BRING THEIR TRICKERY TO LIGHT. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE. ASK MORE QUESTIONS AND DON'T ASSUME ANYONE HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND.

One of the worst place. I would give 0 star if it is available. Receptionist was very rude and didn't want to listen. I requested to talked to the doctor and finally she listened to the doctor. Even technician was very rude. Didn't do the test properly. The lady doctor first time did the test for me. I was satisfied at that time. But now the doctor didn't perform the test the test was performed by the assistant and she was not willing to listen. Even the lady doctor's attitude changed. She was rushing. Location is unclean. They are after money only. Be careful if you are going to this place. Horrible service.
