I had an amazing experience at Four Eyes and The Outlet Drive location! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Alejandro and Tamara went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference -- they didn't rush me at all and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell they truly take pride in providing excellent service.
If you're looking for great deals and even better customer service, this is definitely the place to go. Huge thanks to Alejandro and Tamara for making my visit such a great one!
The staff was very attentive & patient with my daughter. She loved the eyewear selections. We will purchase our next pair of glasses here again!

I recently visited 4Eyes in Silver Spring after being referred by a colleague, and I have to say my experience was very disappointing.
For context, I had already completed my eye exam elsewhere and only needed lenses for my existing frames. My colleague called ahead and spoke with the associate to let her know I would be arriving around 4:53 p.m., and she confirmed that would be fine. I actually arrived earlier -- around 4:47 p.m., according to the associate -- well before the 5:00 p.m. closing time.
Despite that, once I was inside, the associate told me the store was closed and that I wouldn't be helped. When I mentioned that I had been in the store for 15-20 minutes, she very passive-aggressively insisted that I hadn't. I drove all the way from Washington, D.C. to Silver Spring for this appointment, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and refusal of service even though I was on time.
Another customer, who overheard the exchange, kindly offered to let me take her spot since she lived nearby and could return later. The associate reluctantly agreed to help me, but it was clear from her tone and body language that she was only doing so because she had to. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming from start to finish.
Additionally, I want to note that the associate's appearance did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect in a healthcare or optical setting. She had red hair and was dressed in oversized, baggy sweatpants that looked somewhat dirty, worn sneakers, and a T-shirt. While I understand it was a Saturday, there should still be a basic standard of professionalism and presentation in a customer-facing healthcare environment.
To be clear, the only reason I would not recommend anyone to be a paying customer at this location is because of this particular sales associate's conduct and presentation. My experience left me with a very negative impression of this establishment.
I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I truly believe that when you have received great service from wonderful people - appreciation and recognition should definitely be given.
In this day and age there are so many people going through so many different things that kindness is one of the greatest gifts we can give one another.
The customer service I received was top notch. Their team truly goes above and beyond to communicate and serve their clients to the best of their ability.
Dr. Kim is quick and efficient, quickly answering all my questions. He really knows his stuff.
Poneh was able to help me figure out what my insurance would cover and what would be the most cost effective way to get what I needed within my budget. She was kind, patient, and compassionate. She didn't just try to push or rush me into a purchase but helped guide me through each package & what they included. I admit, at one point during my appt. I felt a little overwhelmed. My finances aren't what they used to be and I got a little teary eyed as I tried to figure out how to get what I needed on a budget that was already stretched thin. Poneh was so kind, stopped to ask me if I was ok, and gently guided me through the process so that I could get what I needed.
When I returned to pick-up my glasses and contacts, Alejandro went the extra mile to make sure that I not only received my products. But that they were correct and that they fit well.
I went in for an eye appt to get contacts & glasses. But I received so much more. I received Customer Service that is kind, compassionate, that treats you as a person and not just another number. Thank you to the entire team at For Eyes of Briggs Chaney for going the extra mile to not just get the job done, but to provide quality service with a kind heart.
I made an appointment for my wife . I called after a day to verify the appointment and ask follow up questions.... They can't find the appointment. Initially they made a mistake on the name but afterwards I was told one of the staff canceled my appointment. The manager was sorry that they messed up. I needed the appointment that day to fit into my schedule. So of course they said they won't do any exceptions to get me an appointment for that date at any time. I am glad I called. If they can't be trusted with keeping an appointment. How can they be trusted with everything else?
I am absolutely disappointed! I booked an appointment for 4pm today, only for me to be told on arrival that my appointment has to be cancelled because of technical difficulties. No prior notice via email or SMS as I had indicated as my preferred means of communication, to inform me of the need to cancel because of technical difficulties. The two staff did not even apologize or offer to reschedule. It's unfortunate.
