I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Maryland eye center. Front desk Jen was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. They were very helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. Tech Josue and Karen were professional and knowledgeable. They both explained everything clearly and made the exam process smooth and stress-free. Kelsey in optical was fantastic! She helped me find the perfect frames and made the experience enjoyable and easy. Overall, the entire team provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend this office!

I had a doctor's appointment on Friday December the 15th, And I was greeted warmly by Jen at the front desk after I had checked in at the computer. My appointment was with Dr. Marzban, and he greeted me warmly as always with a nice smile and explained that my eye exam had been the same with no changes as I had expected. Overall, customer service was excellent as always and I have dealt with Maryland Eye Care Center for a while now, and as always it has been a very very nice experience. First time here, and my overall visit was absolutely great! Every staff member I encountered from start to finish was highly professional, respectful, and kind. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful -- even though the office was crowded, she managed to stay calm, composed, and professional. The technician, Allison, was knowledgeable and kind, taking the time to explain every detail of the screening process. Dr. Wawrzusin was also very professional and patient, answering all my questions about my eye condition. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I also want to add something for anyone reading this review: eye exams whether with an optometrist or ophthalmologist can take time, especially when dilation is involved. Because of my condition, I've seen multiple eye doctors, and I've learned that thorough exams simply take longer. It can be frustrating to wait, but if you want a detailed and accurate exam, dilation is essential to avoid being misdiagnosed (which has happened to me before). If your eye appointment ever feels too quick, that might be a red flag good care takes time.

I had such a great experience at Maryland eye care center. Office was quick and efficient. Jennifer front desk has been helpful helping me checking in through the kiosk. And she is so sweet. Josue the tech was so nice and polite. One thing I really appreciate about Josue that he explained every step by step. The young lady Merari was also very helpful in explaining everything. Dr. Wawrzusin is a wonderful doctor. Will not change him at all. Over all the staff helpful and very professional. Thank you

My experience here has been lackluster. They charged me extra for an exam without telling me because of astigmatism. I was supposed to get trial contacts and no one contacted me when it has arrived. I kept calling them and leaving voicemails with no call back. Then their hours are until 5 pm as shown on Google and their website. I came in today around 3:30 pm and was told that all staff have left. Do they just leave whenever they want to?! It has been so inconvenient and inconsistent. If you can, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

My grandmother needed an appointment asap and Chanel help me get an appointment on the same day. The doctor was so accommodating. Everyone was patient, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. It was a thoroughly pleasant and efficient experience, and I appreciate the high level of care and expertise and all the staff was great, calm, and professional. Jennifer and Stephanie were so kind and helpful!

The service at Maryland eye care center. Office is very nice and very welcoming. Jen front desk is very warm welcoming. Josue the tech he is very nice and he has a positive vibe. Merari the doctor assistant is very sweet. Dr. W is an excellent doctors. Glad I was referred to him. Overall the office is very great.

Rafael was very professional yet personal as we picked out frames and ordered my lens. He made me feel comfortable. My experience with everyone at Maryland Eye Care is always positive. I highly recommend them for your eye care.
