Dr. Ache is is terrific. Clear, comprehensive and caring. I've been going to him for years. Maritsa set me up with a great deal on the lenses and frames. Highly satisfied.

Had a great experience with all of the staff. Dr. Steven was super kind and patient when inspecting my eyes and answered any questions I had. Maritza and Angie were also incredible, searching for multiple options of glasses to fit my face shape and style. Wonderful customer service, 10/10

I'll start with the show stopper - help from Joey to pick out frames that look FANTASTIC. I asked for help and he brought over a collection of frames for me to try. Loved most of them and I ended up unable to pick, so got one on the spot and will go back after Jan 1 when my insurance resets or the second pair. If you want to look great in your glasses, Go see Joey! He was incredible. Also appreciated that the frames he suggested were all within my process point. I had my exam with Dr.Vu and best prescription have received in years. Highly recommend-also very good guidance on things like dry eye and appointment ran online. Will be back.

Great experience at MyEyeDr in downtown Silver Spring. Dr Vu was thorough and efficient, and Maritza was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me select new frames. Highly recommend!

at last, I can now see clearly with both eyes ...due to effective cataract surgery ( right eye) + new glasses! all this success has been possible due to the close attention of Maritza! yes doctors did great-- it was Maritza's follow up with me that enabled me to do what I needed and made sure that I got the new glasses I selected with the correct prescription! I met with Maritza each time to make sure the meds were working as intended and there was progress.

My eye doctor helped my wife get her first pair of prescription glasses. They did an incredible job diagnosing her eye issues, helping her find the right frames, and fitting her for her frames. The entire staff were knowledgeable and kind. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Poor customer service. I went in for a routine eye exam and initially from being assisted to completing the exam I had a pleasant experience. However when it was time for me to leave, the sales staff were very pushy and were attempting to persuade me to purchase a Ray Bans model that I did NOT want. The sales associate tried his best to argue that it was the same size but a different model and I was patient and heard him out but because I did NOT want to continue with the different model, his ego was hurt because I knew what I already wanted and planned on purchasing my frames and lenses externally. His whole demeanor changed and his choice to rather argue with me and prove his point than to provide quality service is what caused my ultimate decision to walk out. Him arguing was so unnecessary and proved nothing except a swollen ego. Overall this left a sour taste and impression on me for this location. Choosing to not buy a frame in store and wanting to purchase frames externally should never be that serious or escalate to the point of poor customer service.
