I took a pair of glasses to be repaired, to the Target Optical Shop at 1200 Cherry Hill Road in Silver Spring, MD. Great service by Jay. I appreciated his crustiness. Once he "warmed up", the interaction with him was most enjoyable. Highly recommend him and the shop.

Today, I went to Target optical to drop off a few pairs of glasses for lens replacement. The gentleman (wearing a mask) helped another lady who came in while I was giving him my prescription. He completely ignored me and helped her. I wasted almost an hour while I stood there and he helped her. After I left, I spoke to on duty manager Matthew, who just responded by saying he was sorry. I will never use this Optical Center again and continue to use Walmart.

Dr Sasser is excellent. The staff is absolutely terrible. They know very little regarding the importance of fitting. This is crucial for progressives. I have had my lenses redone 3 times since March. I just picked up third pair no one bothered to bend arms around ears! They are a disaster!!!! No choice, have to go elsewhere for adjustment.

Horrible experience!!! The person named Jay was disrespectful and does not know how to treat customers. He was talking to me as though he was drunk. If I asked him a question, he would comment on how the glasses he suggested would look on me, instead of answering my questions. I have been wearing glasses for the past 35 years. I definitely know basic stuff. The entire time, he spoke to me as though I had no knowledge or brain. He made me pay for the costliest glasses, but did not put through the right details in my receipt. I did not get what I asked for. The way he called me "Hey lady" "listen to me lady" "look here, lady", it was so disrespectful. I hope they find someone else who would respect customers of all colors, to replace him with.

Dr.Williams was super nice and explained everything very thoroughly. Made me feel very comfortable and listened to the concerns I had. Jay is absolutely the best, especially giving his opinion on deciding what glasses to go for. I was so worry because I felt like I was taking for ever. I couldn't decide but he took this time with me and explained to me what looked best on me. My overall experience was totally the best. Highly recommended.
