First time at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly! Having friendly staff helps patients, or helped calm MY nerves at least--so it's very appreciated. They are all very helpful in explaining all that is being done the day of your visit. Dr. Yau was great! As a first time patient, it felt like I was a "regular". He shows genuine care and concern, was very friendly and empathetic and addresses any questions or concerns you might have. Highly recommend and will be returning next year :)

I have been Dr. Yau's patient for 11 years. During that time, he has successfully done cataract surgery on both of my eyes and diagnosed and continues to treat my glaucoma. He is skilled in more than his knowledge and care of eyes. I am equally impressed with his skill in responding to my questions about my progressing glaucoma and in his manner of dealing with me as a patient. He teaches patients like me how to use the eye drops he proscribes. He welcomes discussion of what the latest testing shows and what the patient can do to contribute, on a daily basis, to their own eye health.

It was great being back in this office. The office staff are excellent. Everyone is very pleasant & ready to help from the front desk staff to the medical assistants. They have an Awesome team. They have a welcoming & clean environment. They wipe down all equipment before you use it. Dr. Yau is a true treasure. I've been with him for years & left because of change in insurance. So glad to be back. He is extremely thorough & completely explains everything he does. He has an awesome demeanor which radiates through the office. The staff seem to work well together & are very efficient. They let you know in advance if the appt will be longer than expected.
